Our church is revisiting our time off policy for our youth program. Our church policy basically says that after a trip that has taken you away for a weekend, or if you work on a Saturday, that you don't get that day back. So if my days off are Saturday and Monday - I work Tuesday through Sunday because we have a youth event all day on Saturday - I don't get that weekend day back that I lost.

What is your church policy regarding comp time for working extra hours, working on your days off, or for when you are gone on church trips?
