Here is a note from someone who knows us:
Passport is something the United Methodist Church needs, a new and exciting way to involve our students in life changing missions. If you would imagine the best camp you've ever been to, think of the great worship, the inspiring speakers, the engaging Bible study leaders, the great opportunities to fellowship, all the fun and a great facility. That's all at Passport. Now throw in the fact that on top of all that your students get to leave campus and go into the surrounding community and 'do' their faith. They walk out of their Bible studies and into the world to do what they just discussed. They get to be the hands and feet of Christ.
This camp is so adult friendly. Once you are there, your hard work is done. You are a part of camp; you even have a small group. You can trust your small group leaders with your kids and trust that they are being taught sound biblical principles.
I have come to know the founders and staff of Passport as personal friends and can attest to the fact that Passport is operated on the up and up and done for the Glory of God, not the pockets of men. I could go on and on. I could talk about the great recreation, and how it's the greatest mission value I've found, but the greatest testimony of the whole program is how my students have embraced Passport. As we pull out of the gates of every Passport Camp the comments come, "next year at Passport." Try it, and you'll be hooked too.
